FOR APARTMENT AND CONDOMINIUM RESIDENTS

The majority of Maka Ska residents live in multiple dwelling units – condominiums and apartment buildings.  If you are a renter or condo owner, you have a great opportunity to make a difference. By consistently masking and following Social distance recommendations, you’ll be playing a key role in managing the spread of COVID.

Leave your mask by your front door so you can grab it on your way out!  State law requires masks in hallways, elevators, stairwells, entryway, lobbies, fitness rooms, garages and other common areas inside apartment and condominium buildings. Find an a FAQ here.
